Mobility and Strength

Mobility and strength exercises improve your power and movement across all muscles and joints meaning you can move better with less energy.  If you find that you have stiff joints, tight muscles, and/or little flexibility, then our Mobility and Strength class is for you.
Recommended equipment: Fitness attire is recommended as well as drinking water and a small hand towel if you tend to sweat. Please have enough space to move around.
