Are you often seated at home or in the office for extended periods? Your daily routine might not be conducive to achieving your fitness goals. In this session, we will demonstrate how to maintain a healthy lifestyle even while remaining seated. Participants will discover techniques such as stretching strategies, ergonomic practices, and straightforward movement routines, among other topics. This can take the form of an open table at a health fair or a tailored seminar/session conducted independently.
