Lead Time Policy
Health Fairs Plus requests a 6-week lead time for onsite services and an 8-week lead time for onsite services from Labor Day to Thanksgiving.
Clients may make requests with less lead time and Health Fairs Plus will accommodate these requests as best we can but we cannot guarantee your requested service(s) will be available. Once a service is requested, please allow at least two weeks for us to book and confirm the service.
xRecording and Participants Lists:
Our presenters will record their presentations and provide both the recording and participation lists for their sessions whenever possible.
In rare cases, a technical problem or privacy issue can prevent a presenter from providing a recording. In these cases, we will try to provide a pre-recorded version of the same session, but cannot always guarantee it.
Please allow up to 72 hours for recordings and attendance lists to be provided.
xCancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or change your requested service after submitting this form, there is a $75 Change of Service Fee if you need to change or move a single service.
If you cancel less than three weeks from your event, there is a 50% Cancellation Fee.
Health Fairs Plus will bill the full amount for events canceled 10 business days from the event date.
