What to expect...

A skin cancer screening involves a visual examination of the skin conducted by a medical professional, though not necessarily a dermatologist. This process does not include any blood tests; instead, the doctor will assess the skin for common indicators of skin cancer. It is important to note that this screening is not intended to provide a diagnosis but rather to raise awareness about skin cancer among individuals and encourage them to schedule annual appointments with a Certified Dermatologist. To ensure the screening is effective and that employees feel comfortable exposing areas such as the stomach, back, and legs, a private room with a closed door should be provided. Employees have the option to limit exposure to areas like the face, neck, arms, and hands during the screening.

All appointments must be scheduled in advance for a duration of 15 minutes per employee.
