Grip strength serves as an anthropometric measure that reflects the muscular health of the hands and forearms, often regarded as a reliable indicator of an adult’s overall health. To assess grip strength, individuals utilize a hand-held dynamometer, applying maximum force while squeezing the device. Typically, this process is repeated three times for each hand, and the average score is computed from the results of both hands. The findings and their interpretations are provided immediately following the assessment.
