
Through this straightforward workshop, you will discover the Inner Path to Relaxation. The ability to relax resides within you, but do you know how to access it? Techniques will be demonstrated that empower both your body and mind to alleviate stress and promote tranquility. Participants will engage in gentle QiGong movements aimed at transforming stress into energy, making it suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and body types. No special equipment is needed and you won’t even break a sweat so you can jump right back into your work day. Think of it as a rejuvenating “recess” for adults. Throughout the sessions, mindful breathing will be emphasized, allowing the nervous system to relax and enhancing your presence in the moment. Employees can choose to practice alongside the relaxation coach or simply observe, enabling them to apply what they learn at their convenience.
