Pilates is an excellent way to build core strength, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness, no matter your fitness level.  In this mat Pilates session, you’ll be guided through a balanced mix of standing and floor-based exercises, offering modifications for beginners as well as options for those wanting more challenge.  Practice controlled, low-impact movements that strengthen the body while staying gentle on the joints.  Wear comfortable clothing and make sure you have enough space to move safely.  A yoga or Pilates mat is recommended.
