Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking for a joint-friendly way to build strength, this session is designed for you.  Using seated and standing exercises only, we’ll focus on core engagement, balance and controlled movement to improve mobility, stability and functional strength.  No mat or floor work is required, just a supportive chair and enough space to move comfortably.
