This accessible session combines seated and standing mobility work and bodyweight exercises to help improve circulation, support everyday movement, and reduce stiffness from too much sitting.  With no floor work, it offers a practical way to move more, feel better, and build confidence with exercise in a format that works for a wide range of ability levels.  A Supportive chair is recommended.
