Joint discomfort is common, but the right habits can make a meaningful difference in managing how you feel.  The first half of this session offers joint health education followed by guided mobility and stretching exercises in the second half.  Learn how to reduce stiffness and discomfort and move with greater ease.  Exercises are performed both seating and standing.  No equipment is needed for this session
