No equipment, no problem.  This bodyweight workout uses standing and floor-based exercises to build strength, improve mobility, and elevate energy.  Modifications are offered throughout, making it easy to adjust the workout to your needs.  Wear comfortable clothing and make sure you have enough space to move safely.  A yoga or exercise mate is recommended for floor work.
