Yoga with Anu

Build strength and flexibility with this beginner yoga class. A certified yoga instructor leads you through a series of yoga movements and stretches that will improve your overall health.
Recommended equipment: A mat or beach size towel to cushion your poses on the floor; drinking water especially for after the session and a small hand towel if you tend to sweat.  Please have enough space to move and stretch
