Start you day off strong with this cardio-focused fitness class featuring certified fitness instructor, Jessie Biondi. Designed for groups with varying physical abilities. This cardio-core style class is broken into 2 parts. The first half is great for beginners and is low impact, the second half is kicked up meet the needs of those who want a sweaty challenge!
Recommended equipment: Fitness attire is recommended as well as drinking water and a small hand towel if you tend to sweat. Please have enough space to move around.
