This class is perfect for beginners of those who are trying to protect their joints. Low impact does not mean easy. All participants will be able to increase their heart rate with this session.
Recommended equipment: Fitness attire is recommended as well as drinking water and a small hand towel if you tend to sweat. Please have enough space to move around.
