Beginner Strength Training

Start you day off strong with this strength-focused fitness class. This class is for those that are beginning a strength training program.  Strength training is an essential part of good physical health as we age. Learn how to use everyday objects to start a beginner strength training routine that you can implement throughout your day.
Recommended equipment: Fitness attire is recommended as well as drinking water and a small hand towel if you tend to sweat. Please have enough space to move around.
